Founded with the vision of simplifying retail management for gym owners, our journey began with establishing retail units in gyms. We understood the need for gym owners to focus on their core business while still benefiting from retail sales.

As we grew, so did our partnerships, with notable clients including Nuffield Health, David Lloyd, and Virgin Active. Our unique model allows leisure centres to earn commission on merchandise sales without the overheads of traditional retail operations.

Territory Merchandisers

Our team of dedicated Territory Merchandisers plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail partnerships. They are responsible for maintaining the retail areas in our partner gyms, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. Covering regions across the UK, our merchandisers conduct regular site visits, typically every 1-2 weeks, to manage stock and address any issues that may arise.

In-House Buying & Merchandising Team

In addition to our Territory Merchandisers, our in-house Buying & Merchandising team ensures that we always offer on-trend products that cater to the varied needs of gym members. This team is responsible for selecting high-quality merchandise and maintaining our rigorous quality assurance processes. Seasonal updates are crucial, as they allow us to adapt our offerings based on current trends and customer preferences, ensuring that our partners remain competitive.

 

 

 

 

 

Our Service Model

FitCo Retail operates on a comprehensive service model designed to alleviate the burden of retail management for our partners. We take care of everything from stocktaking to logistics, allowing gym owners to focus on their primary business operations.
